Becoming a parent is an incredible experience, one that comes with its fair share of change. It’s helpful to find outlets that can naturally treat common symptoms that arise as your body continues to adjust as the baby grows.
As RMTs, we have been educated on how to safely provide massage therapy treatment throughout a pregnancy as well as when you shift into parenthood for postpartum self-care.
We utilize the oh-so-comfortable and sought after pregnancy pillows. This allows those who are expecting, to enjoy lying face down on the treatment table while remaining completely supported and safe to do so.

While also giving your busy mind a break, with an hour of stress free self-care that’s all about – you.
